-No wall speed strats:
	no spindashes
	no scooter wall boost slides
	no swerve star wall spins
	no shadow star wall flying
	no wheel powerup wall boosts
	no wheelie bike turning towards wall to speed up
	no meta knight turning towards wall and tapping A
-No bulk star sliding off ramps with full boost (no bulkula)
-No scooter reduced friction slide
-No slick star momentum transfer
-No turbo star pointing down off jumps to send the upward force forward

Jet star JDs are allowed
Double boosts on boost panels are allowed
