TIFU By Forgetting my Camera was active during a video conference.

So since being in isolation, we've all been working from home and doing a lot of video conferencing, and depending on the meetig, I don't activate my camera. It's become habit for me to not activate my camera for this particular reoccuring meeting as it's one I just need to listen in on. But it's become such a habit that this time, I didn't realize I forgot to turn it off and presumed it was already off.

Well this one time happened to also be the day I receive my first Fleshlight. Me being a little excited decided to go down and get my package after cleaning it. I brought it up to my desk as I was listening to my call and proceeded to unpack and assemble it, to which someone on my call said "Blank, is that what I think that is?"

In my panic, I quickly turned off my camera realizing everyone saw, but also managed to activate my mic, to which everyone heard: "fuck, my camera was on"

The meeting continued on for another 45min after that, I just had to sit there.
