Opposite of the decision made on Monday, 22 November 2021, Your Honor, I am requesting the immediate re-arrest and detainment of Mr. Chidera Charles Okolo as he poses an imminent danger to himself, our father Mr. Patrick Okolo, and society. I am also suggesting, in the court's best interest, to revoke bail and forfeit the previous bond payment made by our mother, Ms. Nkemdilim Akaemeh.

To support my claims, please reference the below message and officer dispatch notes + 911 call log recordings initiated by me from St. Louis to KCPD, beginning in April 2020 alleging verbal, physical, and elder abuse committed by Mr. Chidera Okolo.

Regarding the attached omitted phone recording (a violation of Missouri law Rev Stat 542.402), an additional search warrant may be necessary for the cellular device in Mr. Okolo's possession as it contains evidence your tech specialists can recover from the cloud.
