My post and challenge on NWGT
I am trying to make it all right, this was my staff forum post. Hopefully I did not talk out of place about some of you returning if I can help him fix it. If not I will not be staff anymore there.

Are we the new THCLIST! Cmon folks its time to make it or break it here!



I have been very quiet lately. Frankly very concerned at the goings on here at NWGT. While you all know I have Jamesons back and always will. (He is one smart young up and comer) I am having a hard time seeing many a strong founding contributor leave after another. Some by choice, some not. It has resulted in less drama here as we talked about on chat last night. However with that has come much less posts, less help for others, hurt feelings, dissention amoung staff and members and the site has just lost that loving feeling.

It was not the desire of J to have this happen. He just simply wanted to remove a couple troublemakers in his mind and take some control others were trying to take from him. I did not agree that it was all that bad. However being J's site I stood beside him. What I did was not what I should have done. I should have been the big brother and warned J what was about to happen to his site. I should know it well, I saw it happen first hand on THCLIST TOO. The only differance is I had not power to fix it there and just bowed out. Well now THC list is very calm too like here. But that is due to major censorship and lost memebers. Anywhere is quiet if no one is home. Does that make sense?

Well J, Its time I give the help I should have. Sorry I let you down by wanting to watch you take charge and make it happen right. Its just not happening right here now! I and the other staff are as responsible as you J for this.

Currently there is very bad blood and talk about this site out in the trenches. Even Thclist is coming up looking better then us. They learned. Now we need to adjust before we are THCLIST part 2.

There is another great site started by ex members here out there. I joined up as I was invited. I am always open to all sites and fair to all. What I see there is people that did not want to start a site. They just are doing what J did when he started NWGT. They are wanting a fun safe place to talk and have fun. A place where trust and Karma are the first priorty. I applaud them for this! Its the right thing to do!

J understood this 2 years almost ago when he along with Demo, Fish, Kitsap and others made this site the Karma place it is. Now this is THCLIST, you can paint it any color you want. But this site is no longer the Karma site it was! Lost members, Bad censorship, hurt feelings. We all are at fault for letting this happen.

Now the good news, We have time to stop this! Lets get this site back to where members like Fish were proud enough to get NWGT tatt. A place where memebers met up to protest in Seattle when it was needed. LETS STOP THE INSANITY!

There is nothing wrong with admitting we did it wrong. There is room for THCLIST, NWGT, Cannibis.com, new sites ect. We are not in competition! We are fellow MMJ patients, activist and friends.

Here is what I have heard that J is thinking about. Removing all bans that have been going on for past few months. Stepping back to the future and making this again the KARMA SITE> .

Here is my honest request if I am to continue to remain an ADMIN or staff here to help this site.

J, its time we all either make this the site it was or leave you to make it the site you want it to become. I will stay if its the site it was. I am truly sorry friend but I can not stay if you dont think about making it again what your vision was 2 years ago. You still can make money, you still can branch out other areas of the site. (See THCLIST) and we will back you. but the forum needs to be the safe fun place it was.

Please think about unbanning everyone and starting over. I am sure those other members would return and give it another go. As upset with the recent events, they still like me believe in NWGT and most of all believe in you as good person J.

So think about this hard.
