<color=#D4E0EC>Do not share explicit or adult-oriented material through voice chat, text, usernames, or other server features.</color>

<color=#D4E0EC>Excessively loud audio, disruptive soundboards, repeated audio spam, and deliberate microphone interference are prohibited.</color>

<color=#D4E0EC>Real-world political discussions and arguments are not permitted in server communications.</color>

<color=#D4E0EC>Do not intentionally prolong a round without a legitimate gameplay objective.</color>

<color=#D4E0EC>Abusing game bugs, unintended mechanics, or unauthorized modifications to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.</color>

<color=#D4E0EC>Kill-on-sight (KOS) and eliminating handcuffed players are allowed. These actions alone do not constitute rule violations and should not be reported.</color>

<color=#D4E0EC>Submit reports only for genuine concerns. False, retaliatory, or deliberately excessive reports are prohibited.</color>

<color=#D4E0EC>Do not impersonate staff members or falsely claim administrative authority.</color>

<size=24><b><color=#9CCBFF>11. Administrative Discretion</color></b></size>
<color=#D4E0EC>Staff may take appropriate disciplinary action for clearly disruptive or improper conduct not specifically addressed above. Enforcement will consider the circumstances, common standards of conduct, and fair treatment of players.</color>

<size=24><b><color=#9CCBFF>01. General Rule</color></b></size>
<color=#D4E0EC>Cooperation between opposing factions is prohibited unless one of the exceptions below applies.</color>

<size=24><b><color=#9CCBFF>02. Shared Threats</color></b></size>
<color=#D4E0EC>Opposing factions may temporarily cooperate when facing an immediate, greater threat. Participating players must be actively responding to that threat. This exception does not permit permanent alliances.</color>

<size=24><b><color=#9CCBFF>03. Class-D Personnel and Scientists</color></b></size>
<color=#D4E0EC>Class-D personnel and Scientists may cooperate against SCP threats.</color>

<size=24><b><color=#9CCBFF>04. Handcuffed Personnel</color></b></size>
<color=#D4E0EC>Players who can change factions by escaping while handcuffed may cooperate with the faction escorting them.</color>

<size=24><b><color=#9CCBFF>05. End of Temporary Cooperation</color></b></size>
<color=#D4E0EC>Cooperation permitted under the shared-threat exception must end when that threat is no longer present. Other explicitly permitted exceptions remain in effect.</color>
