  1. I woke up feeling quite tired today. I thought the mouth tape fell off or something but it actually didn't-- no mouth leaks.
  2.
  3. I had pain in several parts of my body when I woke up, especially my back and my shoulders and neck. The top sides of my thights were quite painful, especially when touched. I took ibuprofen 400 mg and it helped the pain.
  4.
  5. Nothing special yesterday in terms of food and drink. Only one cup of tea for caffeine (my usual level), no alcohol no drugs etc. I had slept quite poorly the night before and was very tired during the day but felt much better in the evening.
  6.
  7. Some of the really big messy breathing is basically me switching sides. For example around 00:35:30 and 00:18:00. Around 54:30 I actually don't switch sides but stay where I am and scratch my body.
  8.
  9. Some of the shakier breaths (e.g., 0:33:30 and 00:27:30 and 00:41:00 etc) correspond to me shaking my legs and body in my sleep Seems to correspond to small HE spikes too!
  10.
  11. Around 01:13:50 my breathing gets very shallow and I shake harder than usual, including my upper body.
  12.
  13. Around 1:26 I move and adjust position
  14.
  15. Around 2:22:30 or so I shake quite vigorously and there's severqal shaking events up until 2:24 or so.
  16.
  17. Around 2:26-2:27 I switch to my back.
  18.
  19. 2:29 I have a weird shaking and breathing event. Similarly for a lot of the disordered breathing after that.
  20.
  21. Around 2:39 I turn on my side and then my breathing is super messy.
  22.
  23. Around 2:50 I shake quite a bit and my arm moves up several times.
  24.
  25. Around 2:53 there's also a fair bit of shaking.
  26.
  27. Around 2:54 I have a shaking event that wakes me up and I switch sides. The side switching is sudden and violent enough that Partner woke up.
  28.
  29. At 3:09 I switch sides again and it also wakes Partner up.
  30.
  31. More shaking around 3:12 etc. I can basically predict with 100% accuracy what each breathing pattern in the flow rate corresponds to at this point. Every event that looks like this kind of disordered breathing is verified as shaking in the video, I just didn't note all of them down.
  32.
  33. Around 3:20 I switch to my stomach after a shaking event (without changing sides). Wakes Partner up.
  34.
  35. All the CAs I see are also associated with shaking events.
  36.
  37. Around 4:09 I move around a bit and touch my mouth (happens in many arousals)
  38.
  39. The big heart rate spike around 4:32 and messy breathing is associated with a small event but not much worse than previous events it's quite surprising.
  40.
  41. At 4:55 I switch to my back, then my head shakes quite vigorously. Weird.
  42.
  43. Around 5:05 I have a relatively intense shaking episode then I wake up around 5:07.
  44.
  45. Later in the night I have fewer shaking episodes but a lot of random arousals (mainly with big HR spikes) where I kinda of stretch or move a bit.
  46.
  47.
