In hindsight...Lucina Leonhart probably should had seen the signs of their relationship forming. She watches the 2 best students in terms of Pokemon Battling, Jalen Pruett and Raven Branwen, sit together next to each other in lunch as their group of friends(Including her younger brother Inigo who is a flirt with the ladies and is failing at the moment as well as a fan of Water types like she is, her girlfriend Rhiannon who is the 2nd best trainer behind the tied for 1st Jalen and Rhiannon and carries a balanced team on the more tanky side., Raven's younger twin brother, Qrow Branwen, a notorious 'bad boy' wannabe who somehow sneaks alcohol into campus and like the Ghost and Dark type, Taiyang Xiao Long, Fighting Type Specialist and one of the most friendliest people on campus, and finally Summer Rose, a very shy teen who's shyness hides her skill as a Psychic and Steel type specialist.

As Inigo and Qrow get into another argument on whether who would be able to get the most amount of numbers before the day ends, Lucina can't get what happened on that certain night out of her head. You see, 4 students are assigned to a dorm house together with 4 bedrooms, a dining room, 2 bathrooms, and a living room. This is part of being enrolled to the Remmant Pokemon Academy here in the region of Remmant, where all kinds of trainers-rich or poor, skilled or skilless, you name it- are accepted by Headmaster Ozpin.

But back to the story...
Lucina was getting up late at night around 2AM and was heading to the kitchen when she heard some noises from Jalen's room...primal noises...seeing that his door was slightly cracked opened and being on the way towards the kitchen....Lucina couldn't help herself and tip-toed over to the door and covered her mouth as she saw her friend plowing his most hated rival(As far as everyone knows whenever they ask him) Raven in missionary position. His barely contained grunts are overshadowed by Raven's lust-filled whispers of enticing him to go harder and faster as she wrap her limbs around him. Her clothing are spread out on the floor and Lucina notes that there are some Pokeballs on the drawer next to Jalen's bed.

"(Must be Raven's...and I assumed she used one of them to get here...but how?)" And so, she sits at the table watching the 2 of them sitting next to one another and ignoring each other like they aren't in a secret relationship. Now that she know of it, the signs were all clear to her...

1st was when they were sitting in science class and their teacher had assigned partners with each other with Jalen and Raven being one of the duos. Most of their peers were expecting them to not agree with it, and to their credit...they were partially right as  both of them glare at one another for some time. Before long, Jalen got up with a sigh and sat next to Raven in the desk and got to work on their project. Lucina was ofc paired with her brother as Rhiannon got with Summer, leaving Qrow with Taiyang.

As the class was going on, Lucina was able to spot Jalen occasionally brushing his hand with Raven's as they seldom did their work together...Raven turning towards him and was gonna speak before looking away. She does this multiple times during class, Lucina noted but didn't pay much attention to it.

The 2nd sign was during one of their breaks when Lucina was heading to her Pokemon History class with her brother, Inigo. Inigo ofc was talking about how he was able to catch a Horsea for the eventual Kingdra..

"I'm telling you, Luci, Once I get that Kingdra, the ladies will surely fall by my feet and adore me! Oh, I can see the envious look on Qrow now!!" Inigo fantasizes about said idea as Lucina shakes her head "Inigo, if you could put more of that focus into Pokemon and not getting laid, you would move up in the ranks much smoother..." Inigo scoffs, but just as he was about to speak up, the door to their class opens up and out step Raven with her patented scowl on, said scowl remaining on her face as she spots the Leonharts.

"Leonharts..."
"Ah, if it isn't the divine Rav-"
"Shut your brother's mouth before I have it shut by one of my Pokemon, Lucina..."

Inigo's mouth is covered by Lucina who scowl back at Raven. "Let's not dwell on that and ask why were you in that class? It's not your 3rd period if I recall correctly..." "No shit.." Raven roll her eyes, although Lucina swore she saw a red tint on her pale cheeks. "Don't worry about why I was in here..." And she walks off with a quicken pace in her step..leaving the 2 Leonharts confused . "Wonder what was wrong with the crimson queen herself." "I don't know, but we have class to go to. Come on!"

Lucina drags Inigo to the class and sit down next to Jalen who is wearing a  red bracelet on his arm as he look at it with a fond look.

"Jalen, buddy!" Jalen pull his blue jacket's sleeve over the bracelet as Inigo approaches him and smiles. "Sup, Inigo and Lucina." Lucina saw the bracelet, but paid it no mind as she sat down and the class was started.

The 3rd and final sign was in Battle Class a week after the History class...by that point, Lucina has forgotten about Jthat class and was focusing on trying to mount a comeback against Rhiannon as her Tauros was beating down Lucina's Poliwhirl..

"Poliwhirl, use Hypnosis!"
"End it with Take Down, Tauros!!"

Tauros moves out of the purple rings of hypnotic powers and begin to recklessly charges towards Poliwhirl and KO it. Poliwhirl is knocked backwards and skid towards his trainer's feet. Lucina groans, but thanks her Poliwhirl for the hard fought battle as her girlfriend approaches her and peck her on the lips.
"Sorry, sweetie, but you lose this match again!"

"Yeah, well..." Lucina chuckles and pinch her facecheeks. "This just means I'm gonna have to get my revenge later tonight...~" "Oh, I can't wait...~" Rhiannon purrs in her hands as around them, everyone else is battling one another in the very giant and spacious arena for the students to partake in after a day of classes from 4PM-11PM Close by, Inigo and Qrow are locked in a battle with Inigo's Frillish against Qrow's Sneasel with of course, Inigo losing due to type disadvantage regarding Dark beating Ghost...Taiyang meanwhile is having Summer helping him out with the Psychic MU against Fighting as his Machoke is fighting against Summer's Kirlia..(edited)

"Everyone's so hard at work..." Rhiannon wraps her arm around Lucina's waist and watches the matches before them as Lucina nods. "Of course..." She turn her head to see a Dewott finishing a Pawnard with Razor Shell and knock it back towards it's trainer. Dewott jumps back and pose in front of Jalen, his trainer, as they both win another battle and continue their winning streak. "Everyone wanna be the new #1 trainer...and Jalen meanwhile is getting better and better with his team..."

"Eh, He may be tough.." Rhiannon adjust her glasses as she stare at him going to the Healing Machine nearby by the walls to heal his mons. "But I'll be the new #1 trainer! Just watch and see!" She fistpumps and smirks as Lucian rustle her hair. "I know you will, and I'll be there to watch ya!"

Just then, the entourage of Xander, Diego, Berkut, and Leo all joined the arena. These 4 teens being the 4 richest of their class and using it to their fullest extent such as many exotic Pokemon. Xander, being the leader, like to boast and look down on his fellow peers as he look for some poor sap to fight against from what it looks like..although he's not doing that as he spot the person who he's looking for. Raven Branwen as she have her Charmeleon take down an Onix with Brick Break after some Dragon Dances. As she returned her ace pokemon after thanking him, she hears Xander calling out to her.

"Ah, Raven...i have been looking for you..."
"...What is it?"

It's clear that she's not interested in him what-so-ever as she tries to walk off, but Xander begins to walk besides her and attempt to talk to her.

"It have come to my attention that we have never met once in battle, and I was hoping to spot an arrangement with you."
"....."

"I understand if you are rather overwhelmed by my presence, but rest assured that I am seeing you as a equal and not a peon unlike everyone else around us."
Xander's attempts to smoothtalk Raven merely annoys her to no end as she stops and glare at him.

"No, I'm merely aghast with how ignorant one man can be when he's given the silent treatment from a woman..." Xander grimaces from her harsh tone of voice with Leo scowling... "You will not speak to one of the sons of the president of Remmant!" Xander hold his hand up to silent his brother...and give Raven a small, yet, forced smile.. "Ah, forgive me...I'm not so used to speaking to such strong willed woman such as yourself..." _He tries to reach for her hand...but he suddenly feels a tight grip on his hand that's black...he turn his head to see a scowling Jalen. Raven roll her eyes...

"I didn't need your help, Jalen..."

"What do you want Xander?" He ignores Raven's pseudo-attempt to brush his help off as Xander glares at him..Behind him, Diego and Leo are itching to go help their brother as Berkut steps up and stop them from doing something reckless... "Unhand me!" Xander fails to pull out of Jalen's grip until he let go and make him fall on his ass. Glaring up at the man who embarrassed him in front of the now growing crowd...He stands up and point at him.

"I challenge you Jalen! You're #1 only cause of the fact that I don't battle much here...but now you have awakened the sleeping Snorlax in me!"

"Fine, let's go right now then..."

Jalen's casual response serves only to make Xander more mad as Lucina and co now joins the crowd...

"Holy shit, are they gonna battle?"(Taiyang)
"About time...I've been wondering when it will happen." (Rhiannon)
"Wh-what's Raven doing standing behind Jalen? Are they dueling over her???" (Summer, the ever romantic one)
"IT HAS TO BE! AH, THE DUEL OF LOVE HAVE BEGUN!! JALEN, THE PAUPER TO XANDER'S PRINCE!!! BOTH MEN FIGHTING OVER THE FAIR MAIDEN THAT IS RAVEN!!"(Inigo)(edited)
"Calling my sister a 'fair maiden' is one of the last things I would do..." (Qrow, snickering as he opens his flask of beer)

Lucina remains silent as she watches Raven give Jalen a face that seems stuck on confidence and concerned for a split second as she step back behind Jalen. Xander and Jalen soon stand apart for their Pokemon to come out.
"This shall be a 2v2 battle with a single format!"
"Fine by me..."

Snarling at Jalen's (So he thinks) bravado...Xander sends out his 1st Pokemon in being  a light green robot made of clay being Golett. Jalen tilts his head at this and decided to send out his Gurdurr. This alarm some of the watchers besides Raven, Rhiannon, and Lucina. The 1st keeping a calm look as she crosses her arms and watch and the latter 2 discussing why Jalen would send a Fighting Type against a Ghost type.

The battle began and Xander ordered a Curse to start it off..a dark nail stabs Golett and it inflicts it's curse on Gurdurr...however after that just as Golett is ordered to Shadow Punch and attack...Gurdurr used Payback and cover himself with dark energy and swing his girder and KO Golett.
"HOW!?!?"

"...You're dumb."

Jalen don't bother answering Xander as he returns his Pokemon..the battle ends with Jalen's Dewott OHKOing Xander's Zangoose with Revenge....Returning his Pokemon, Jalen scoffs at Xander and walk off with Raven following him.

No one saw where they went after the battle, but Lucina had a clue they went to go and fuck each other...
Back to the present, the school bell rings as everyone gets up and ready for ther classes, as they do..Lucina peek at Jalen and Raven sharing a small kiss and going their seperate ways for the day.
