Timing points I've used can be arbitary, just writing then down here for future reference
In most cases they are from the start of the fade in to the start of the fade out when entering/exiting said area

SS = Single segment
MS = Multi segment, segmented

Ocelot unit

Fastest MS, knock on wall, stun nade for 6 guards, mk22 for 2, shoot barrel -11,3
