Flock, Z Tactic, Shapeshifting]. The changes from Controlled Evolution are applied with magic paint that lasts until the paint is removed or after 48 hours. Rangi can apply salves and magic paints after 48 hours that, with the target's consent, makes the paint and changes to their racials permanent.)
  6. Noncombat Talent: (Mystic Arts; passive: Rangi's magic comes from the drawings he creates, and can paint art and designs that are animate. They cannot normally manipulate or move objects around except when part of Controlled Evolution, but are able to transfer themselves to surfaces touching the original canvas.)

  11. (Free Racial) Heightened Senses: passive; The harsh jungles on their homeland require non-predators to always be on guard. You have +1 to all perception-based rolls (e.g. spotting, searching, listening, etc.)
  12. (Racial) Z Tactic: passive; Some zebras inherit the instinct to zig-zag around when stressed. When many zebras gather in one area, you become much harder to hit. The DC for enemies to hit you increases by 1 for every other zebra near you, up to a maximum of 3.
  13. (Free Skill) Alchemist Fire: recharge 1, ranged; Concoct a flame that produces virulent smoke and can latch onto anything, even water. Deals damage and gives +1 to all skills against that target next turn. On Crit this has the Fire Elementalist effect.
  14. (Free Multiclass) Controlled Evolution: passive; When you make a beneficial skill on an ally, you can replace one of their racials with another of your choice until the end of combat. Making a beneficial skill on a minion grants it a racial of your choice. A target can only be affected by Controlled Evolution once per combat. Shapeshift will now also grant two racials on cast.
  15. (Class) Spellbound Alchemizing: automatic, spell; Create a potion bound with any one point spell from any class. Casting the spell consumes the potion. You can only have up to three potions at any time.
