  1. We booked "sea view apartment" and asked for a "quiet room" during the booking process.

  3. Our flight arrived at 22:30, we were at the hotel at 00:30. A good thing — receptionist waited for us. A bad thing — the got apt 101a, I can't find a sea, only a restaurant with loud music directly looking to our apt. For a second — 01:00 and loud music (!). I asked receptionist to change the room. No fate. I can understand that, we decided to change this room next morning. 02:00 — music is playing. There was no air conditioner in the bedroom, only in the kitchen. We closed all doors and windows. It was hot like in hell. Can't sleep. Trying to sleep. At ~03:30 music stopped. Jesus!

  5. On next morning I asked to change this room. No fate, "our hotel is completely booked". Checked booking.com — there was few "sea view apts" available. "I can't do that". If you can't, I want to talk with director. "She is not here, please wait". Ok.

  7. I had two issues:
  8. 1. I spent 100€+ extra for one week for a "sea view". Hotel provided a lot o fancy photos from rooms with sea view even from room. We can see a sea only from balcony.
  9. 2. Loud music from 3 places. Restaurant, cafe and karaoke bar (!?!??!!?)

  11. Absence of air-conditioner in bedroom, improper cleaning in bathroom and oiled knives/dishes I can't ignore, it is not a problem to clean it by myself.

  13. So. We waited 3 hours for director. What can I said... Résumé:
  14. 1. You can see the sea from balcony, and it is definitely a "sea view apartment"
  15. 2. You can get a "SPECIAL SEA VIEW" (!?!?!!! — there is no such thing on booking.com, I checked booking for October to get a full picture) for extra pay
  16. 3. It was so loud due a weekend
  17. 4. You must be happy, we have a "street view apartments" and they are looking to the Karaoke bar working all night every day (?!!????!!!!!!!????)
  18. 5. We don't have any free apartment in quiet place right now (they do — I checked that on booking.com)
  19. 6. You can ask to move into a "special sea view" after few days for extra pay.

  21. We decided to stop this useless talk. Very unfriendly and not customer oriented.

  23. For one week only 3 days were relatively quiet. Other days "the show goes on" to 2:30, I can't sleep with open windows due the music and can't with closed due the heat. I hate this hotel.

  25. We were a clients of Pierre & Vacancies almost 7 years. First two times was skiing vacation in Chamonix' La Ginabelle. We stayed in other P&V hotels and everything was between "perfect" and "very good".

  27. This time I can describe our experience only as "awful" and "terrible". I am very upset and angry. And it is a last time we are staying in P&V hotels.

  31. "Beach near the hotel" — if you like a rock climbing you will like this beach. (I do and I like). Otherwise you will not be able to reach the water. But with high waves it is a dangerous place, I won't recommend it.

  33. "Pool" — my eyes are red after swimming in this highly chlorinated water. Avoid it.

  35. Bedroom. You can't do any move without producing a squeaking sounds from a bed. You must lie motionlessly.

  37. Wifi. 256 Kbps and below is not enough even for mobile browsing.

  39. Better to avoid this place. We hate it — that is the only emotion after staying in P&V hotel.
