IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, RUNNING, OR OTHERWISE USING THIS SOFTWARE (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "THE PLUGIN"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE PLUGIN.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP
The Plugin, including but not limited to its source code, compiled binary code (.jar), assets, graphics, configuration structures, and accompanying documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of the author ([DeadHardGaming]). This Plugin is licensed, not sold. Ownership remains entirely with the author.

2. PERMITTED USE & STIPULATIONS
   - You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run and execute the compiled binary form of the Plugin solely on your personal Minecraft server or within your own server network.
   - This use is restricted to operational and gaming purposes only.

3. STRICTLY PROHIBITED ACTIONS (ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY)
Any violation of the following terms will result in immediate revocation of your license and may lead to legal action, DMCA takedown requests, and permanent bans across hosting platforms:

   A. MODIFYING & REVERSE ENGINEERING:
      You are strictly prohibited from modifying, altering, changing, adapting, patching, or translating the Plugin. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code from the binary files under any circumstances.

   B. DISTRIBUTION & LEAKING:
      You shall not distribute, redistribute, publish, leak, share, re-upload, rent, lease, sublicense, or loan the Plugin (in either source, obfuscated, or compiled form) to any third party, website, forum, Discord server, or peer-to-peer network without explicit written permission from the author.

   C. RESELLING & COMMERCIAL USE:
      You may not sell, resell, monetize, or use this Plugin as part of any commercial venture, bundle, or service. You are strictly forbidden from selling or distributing this Plugin under the author’s name, your own name, or any alias.

   D. PLAGIARISM & FORKS:
      You may not copy parts of the code, logic, or assets to create "forks," derivatives, or new plugins based on this work.

   E. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & MACHINE LEARNING:
      You strictly do not have permission to use any part of this Plugin’s code or assets to train Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) models, or Large Language Models (LLMs).

4. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. The author reserves the right to terminate this agreement and revoke your access/license at any time without prior notice if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Plugin and destroy all copies in your possession.

5. NO WARRANTY (LIMITATION OF LIABILITY)
THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLUGIN OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE PLUGIN.
