You head back to where you last saw Shirou and find him still there... still trying to wake Taiga up. You aren't at all worried about Taiga's well-being, you can see from here that she's very much alive and uninjured. She's just been forcibly put to sleep. Caster isn't dumb enough to do any permanent harm to people when she's actively trying to forge an alliance with them.

"Oh, Shinji! You're back. I uh... I'm having a little bit of difficulty with waking up Fuji-nee. She's not been this hard to wake up since the week that dad vanished." Shirou says something with some... very sad implications, actually. You feel a little bit of empathy for Taiga's unrequited love of Kiritsugu as you stare at her sleeping form. "Do you know of anything that might help me wake her up? She's always been kind of a heavy sleeper, but this is getting ridiculous." Shirou for his part seems to be completely unaware that there might've been some sort of foul play here. He doesn't even seem to register the idea that the cause of Taiga's sleep might not be naturally occurring in nature.
