The higher you are on this list the higher you are on my Auto-Host List.

People who host 4 or more times are ordered according to this list exactly. People under this threshold are added to the auto-host list but they are not moved in ranking until this threshold is achieved.

If I find your content offensive I may not auto-host you. I strive for a PG rating as much as possible. The popularity, the type of content that you stream, the quality of your stream, and how often you give direct hosts after your stream will be a factor as to how high I place you on my auto-host list. Presently Twitch does not have a quick way to change the order and it is rather tedious so I do it every now and then.
