Abra-less route in Emerald (and new glitchless strat)

NEWEST NOTES (as of 4/27/16 at 7:49 p.m.)

- don't enter petalburg center
- try to get 24 exp on route 102 if 29-31 +sp. atk (gets 15-18 dmg on nosepass)
- petalburg mart: 4 potion, 3 repel
- repel all of route 116
- 465 exp for early marshtomp + RT skip (marc + clark + one encounter)
	> get encounter if you see one on way to briney 1 (can also catch bird here)
	> if no encounter there, skip escape rope in granite cave and kill one as you run out (repel will wear out ~10 tiles early)
- rustboro mart: sell rock tomb, 2 super potion, 5 repel, 2 x spd, 3 x atk
- enter dewford center
- no slateport mart
- don't enter or use mauville center (so super potion+leppa mud shot)
- use late strength route w/ late mike
- go below twins on route 113
- fallarbor mart: sell nugget and steel wing, buy 13 super repels, 4 x specials, 1 x speed, 11 x attacks, 1 x defend and 2 guard spec.
- grind for swablu
- observe swablu's sp. def for guard spec timing on maxie 1
- take early herb shop if necessary to heal for flannery (4 energy roots, 5 heal powders)
- super repel on heal menu before flannery (don't need to elixer)
- get poisoned on flannery (set up x attacks until poisoned, maximum 4)
- get candy, then deathwarp to dewford
- switch marshtomp to slot 1 and candy to 30 for brawly
- norman: with average to good attack, heal on spinda and x atk+str+ms slaking. with great attack, heal on slaking and ms+atk+ms slaking
- get petalburg candy, then petalburg mart (2 escape ropes, 3-4 x speeds, max x atk; also consider potions/supers for torrent manip)
- bike to mauville, getting route 110 candy on the way (2 super repels)
- candy to 35 before shelly (will hit 36 after rival 3)
- don't repel on menu before shelly (do after rival 3 instead)
- skip bed (late-game pp items: leppa, route 110 elixer, route 119 elixer)
- don't enter fortree center
- bike back to winona after kecleon cutscene
- do winona's gym at L36. normal strats for double and tropius, but substitute revive for rare candy
- winona: same strat, but only 3 x atk on pelipper, no x speed, and let skarmory (surf+surf) and altaria (surf+strength) hit you into torrent. make minor adjustments based on stats (bad attack has range on pelipper at +3, god attack can ohko altaria at +4, etc.)
- can beat winona slightly above torrent (strength 1-2 mt pyre carvanhas)
- use only 2 super repels from winona to mt pyre (9 tiles of yolo grass, but most are at low enc rate)
- get max revive
- get mt. pyre candy and use before gyarados
- fight kirlia and kadabra as singles to get 43 for xatu
