Court and Council
-The Church, with its current Figurehead 'The Paternat', has been re-instated as a member of the Imperial Council.

-The Inner Circle, otherwise known as 'The Circle', has been created. The Circle is a grouping of Violetbloods and Tyrians who may assist with Royal Challenges. The Circle act as defenders of the throne; any challenger for the throne must first fight the Inner Circle. The Challenger must defeat ALL Inner Circle members prior to challenging the reigning Throneholder. The Inner Circle is the 'last line of defense' for the stability of the throne and the legitimacy of its reign. Violetbloods and Tyrians must be accepted by the Throneholder to be allowed within the Circle. The Circle has no official power over legislation, but may have 'the ear of the Throne', or a direct speaking line with the ruler. Members of The Circle are not allowed to challenge to take the Throne.

-The Council is a panel of Representatives, 3 from Each Caste, that help represent the voice of the People. This has been changed to include the 'Grey Caste', a recognized group of peoples who identify as Hemoanonymous.

-Court consists of:
The Throneholder, with 30% Influence on Law
The Council, with 10% Influence on Law
The Church, with 20% Influence on Law
The Jades, with 20% Influence on Law, &
The Legislacerators, with 20% Influence on Law

To pass any new Laws that affect multiple Castes, the Law must reach an 80% Approval Rating or higher.
Anything below 80% will be submitted to Public Appeal for a Vote of the People before being resubmitted to the Court.
