Q: what are all these categories?
A: In order I'm doing them("lol" in parenthesis after the description means it's a meme category):

Max% Easy Mode: Get all the items you can on easy mode and get the regular ending. This includes all items except the keys. (lol)
Any% Easy: Beat the game on Easy Mode.
Cheat Mode Any%: Beat the game using cheat mode. (lol)
Secret Ending No Hologram: Get the secret ending of the game without getting the hologram item.(lol)
Any% Normal: Beat the game on normal mode.
100% Glitchless: Get the secret ending and all items without using the "early double jump" or "laterales skip" tricks(lol)
Cheat Mode 100%: Get the secret ending and all items using cheat mode(lol)
100%: Get the secret ending and all items.
