- Solo Throne Route
- This is a lone traveler route for Throne solo in Octopath Traveler II. There's a lot of excess money at the end, and there's a good bit of grinding, but it's not too bad with some of her abilities and experience modifiers (she has a L34 required ambush in chapter 4). Not optimal yet but works as is.

- NOTE: This was routed under 30 FPS, which takes longer between encounters, so 60+ FPS runners will get encounters in certain sections that may be more dangerous.

- Throne Solo Speedrun Route (credit to Laxlime/Sanjan for most of the early game chapter 1 stuff)
- Technical settings/suggestions (mostly taken from Dalia's notes):
- - Message Speed: Fastest
- - Text Display: Short
- - Screen Effects: Disable
- - Dynamic Battle Camera: Disable
- - Dynamic Boosted Attack Camera: Disable
- - change game cutscenes to fast forward (carried between files, plus first load-in is always slowest)
- - always switch to daytime if able, unless night is specified
- - break/flee encounters you don't need to fight
- - set battle speed to 2x as soon as you enter your first battle
- Start Throne 1, do first battle
- T1: (2x battle speed) Dagger/Axe to break
- T2: Slice x3, Dark x3 or 4 hits total after broken
- Walk to cutscene, ambush guy, then do second battle
- T1: Pierce Through on Leader, Dark on add A, Axe on add 2
- T2: Dark x3 on Leader, Axe x3 on add A, Slice x3 on add 2
- Go to game parlor in back, "Yes" to wait for Mother (and go back again next cutscene)

- In Northern Conning Creek Coast (DL14), toss Fire M
- Same in Western Conning Creek Coast (DL14), toss Fire M again
- Enter beach and get

- Get inventor + two inventions
- Go via water to Southern Clockband Highroad to get 6300
- Go back a map, then to Borderfall
- After bridge, get Thunder M at top of ladder (will get enc, chuck Fire M)
- Tag Montwise (force encounter and chuck Fire M before entering too)
- TP New Delsta Harbor, take boat to Harbor of Crackridge (first option)
- Go toward Merchant/Gravell and chuck Wind L on railway map + get 6400 (+menu)
- Menu:

- On Merchant map, get Thunder M and Merchant (for enc again, chuck Light M then any M)
- MENU AFTER MERCHANT:
- - Job to Merchant + Learn Collect, Sidestep, and Hired Help

- Get Thunder L, swap to NIGHT
