Social worker message

This message is in regards to following up with employment Ontario I completed my intake screening and have been doing research I've decided on continuing my education at Sheridan and following through with OSAP. I wanted to inform you that I had issues with my debit card being eaten by an ATM machine at the general hospital I've been riddled with technical issues for the past few years and I am currently in an active fraud claim Canada National Fraud Agency| CT 2019-11-6526
I attempted to try and move my liberty tax Tax account to Ottawa, but was unable to and will need some information on tax clinics that assist people who are self-employed unless it would be better to shut down my company until I receive professional assistance from employment Ontario.

Yes I am the one who created the initialized the claim I have been on top of it with all my ducks in a row.

I wanted to follow up about a current issue that I have been having with Ottawa Rooms I have been getting assistance from Hospital Doctors, social workers, psychologists, and officers
 to try and move or switch rooms but have not been unsuccessful I have been spending some nights at the hospital due to how long it’s taken to absolve my issues as a way to avoid any escalation conflict or situations that could make things worse. I look forward to your response
