Shadow's Sasuke Draft

~SASUKE UCHIHA (Villans)~

Passive: Landing lightning jutsus put charges on an enemy, the most stack is 3, these charges also decay whenever the enemy regenerates. Chidori Current puts this on CD.
+TEXT: "(Name) has (number) charges."
Passive: When above 50% chakra, Sasuke activates Sharingan and gains a 20% chance to dodge incoming damage. 20 sec CD after dodge.
With Sharingan on, Sasuke can instantly break genjutsu and shushin behind the user. 1 minute CD.
+TEXT: "I see through your genjutsu."
Fury: Sasuke activates his Curse Seal. (WIP)

1: Fireball - Fires a fireball forward that deals 15 damage and burns.
+CAST: Dragon Fire - 1 second after casting Fireball. Sasuke replaces the fireball with a projectile that pierces enemies, goes 5 tiles and deals 15 while inflicting burn.

2: Chidori - Dashes forward for 2 seconds and deals 20 damage to and stuns the first enemy hit.
+2: Chidori Stream - If held. Emits a current in a 2 tile AoE that deals 3 damage per tick for 5 seconds or until interrupted.

3: Chidori Blade: Sasuke charges his sword with lightning, making his next melee attack do 10 damage and stuns.
+EFFECT: IF this hits an enemy with 3 charges, Sasuke follows up with a blade combo that deals 30 extra damage.
+3: Chidori Spear: 3 Tile Melee. Saskue fires a spear of electricity that pierces enemies, dealing 15 damage and stuns.
+EFFECT: Chidori Sharp Spear: If Spear hits an enemy with 3 charges, the enemy gets 15 more damage and creates a 2 tile AoE that stuns and deals 20 lightning damage around them.

4: Demon Wind Shuriken - Throws a large shuriken forward that deals 15 damage.
+CAST: Shadow Shuriken - Sasuke throws another shuriken that, after 5 tiles, is pulled back along with the first one.

5: White Snake Bind - Saskue sends a snake forward that binds the first enemy it touches for 5 seconds.
+5: Summoning: Manda - Sasuke summons Manda and obtains a new skillset.
