  1. composition of an ideal 48man (4 party) RO guild
  2.
  3. 1 LK
  4. - tank/harass, and helps take some fire off OLP. shouldnt die to a single asura. generally harassing the enemy stack with stun and forcing them to focus fire elsewhere.
  5. - This does not include the provoke LK, you want a second LK out of guild for provoking snipers, assassins, and champions (order of priority).
  6. 8 paladins
  7. - you really cant have enough paladins, but you really want at least 2 per party. paladins stay in the backline always. But, in the best guilds ive been in, the OLP has a dedicated paladin too.
  8.
  9. 4 professors
  10. - 1 dlp
  11. - 2 dispel
  12. - 1 olp, this needs good gear and a skill player, or else it's just a suicide mission. definitely put your best player on OLP, it is probably the single most important role in a guild.
  13. - rotation as required when the OLP drops, move 1 dispel to OLP. At that point if the ganban spam has died down your DLP should dispel when possible (but still focus on dlp).
  14. - You also want a 5th prof outside of guild for mindbreaker on the stalkers and wizards.
  15.
  16. 6 wizards
  17. - 4 DD, 2 support.
  18. - The DD should have 1 dedicated SG, the rest MS. They all quag as necessary.
  19. - I have been in a guild before where 1 DD wizard fucked off stun immunity and instead went for 150 INT, with a priest almost constantly spamming recovery on him. It worked very well on that server, mainly because salamander was 0.01% and we had one. up to you guys if you want to try it here, salamander and fire resist is more common, but if you go for amp'd MS with a high+ SoD, i bet it'll fucking wreck.
  20. - The support wizards should be 1 full ganban, and the other "mostly ganban" but also casts LoV10, HD (to hit hiding people if they hide after a ganban), and the occasional grav field. Also they should cast fire pillars on the side of the enemy stacks when time allotes, it fucks up champs pretty bad.
  21.
  22. 2 snipers
  23. - both full FAS, except I think snow bunny has LoD card, so she should continue being AGI autoattack / DS. You still want 2 FAS though.
  24.
  25. 3 Gypsy
  26. - rotate the slow graces, otherwise spam tarot or dazzler depending on situation. the dazzlers should either get a special vantage point or also be using song buffs (service for you in particular) on the party and tarroting, depending on castle.
  27.
  28. 2 clown
  29. - if your clowns are good you only need 2, if they are bad you need more. the key to being a good clown is that they are invisible and rotate with each other. They come out of hide, spam all 3 songs, then go straight back into hide. FJ isnt worth it in WoE on most servers, clowns are serious champ bait, and a lot of guilds will have ALL of their DD focus your clown if it is visible (JT/AD spam). seriously, DD will happily suicide if they can kill a clown.
  30.
  31. 2 priest
  32. - priests are mainly there for lex aeterna. Lex divina is also good, people dont green pot instantly like they should, so it can disable a DD wiz or creator for a few seconds usually. They should also impo your snipers, sinx, and champs (order of priority). Sniper definitely also wants asperio, SinX/LK might wnat it to, they usually have their own builds going on though, so have to ask. Of course they also recovery spam when necessary.
  33.
  34. 4 champion
  35. - champions need to spend the vast majority of their time buffing dispelled people, because they usually have nothing better to do. If buffs are being kept up, 1 or 2 of them can usually start fishing for a trigger happy creator, even after all these years people still end up stepping off DLP to hit a wayward champ. If a champ is skilled they can go in through no mans land, but you need to have a good grasp on snap and the server's wizards to do this. they are the most essential class when pushing, and they also get rid of gypsies and OLPs, ground control is very important. dont let them die early because they're greedy, it isnt what the class is for.
  36. - also, switch your recaller to a champ, i know you think that prof recall is cute, but snapping away from a sandwich is infinitely more important (I think every wipe we had was a sandwich??). Champs just have insane maneuverability, not using recall on a champ is just insane to me, and the poor recalls on saturday were very frustrating.
  37. - On the subject of recall, don't just use it for castle positioning, it's also a valuable tool for regenerating your guild after you begin to wipe. It's like, just as they are starting to clear you out entirely, you can hit recall and have "ROUND 2, GO!", almost always giving you enough momentum to wipe them (unless of course they also have a recall stocked up - if you are defending, they might, if you rae attacking, ALWAYS expect the deffing guild to recall on themselves if they start to thin out, it is a basic fundamental that no one on this server seems to get).
  38.
  39. 8 creator
  40. - 6 DD, 2 support
  41. - the DD creators should absolutely be stun immune, no excuse not to be especially on woon.
  42. - the 2 support are full SPP, and FCP when required. if you want to be cute you can also setup parasites or demonstration, but usually it isnt worth losing the SPP casts.
  43. - Also, the best guilds i've been in have the guild leader on SPP, because it's fairly easy to give orders while spamming SPP and lends itself well to keeping an eye on the stack.
  44.
  45. 2 SinX
  46. - hybrid damage. for SE you want to focus on ASPD and GT damage, they also want intense ASPD for breaking emp. Stuff drops to GT and it works on LP, very useful. SinX also works as a general hybrid class, they are tanky too, very useful to have a couple sprinkled in your comp, you currently have 0 but they are a valuable class. just dont think they are still SB machines, only when pushing.
  47.
  48. 2 Stalker
  49. - one ice formation, other fire formation. this is surprisingly useful because it forces and subsequently punishes fire resistance potions. people want fire resist for MS anyways, almost everyone pops fire resist, and on woon you could probably get away with 2 ice.
  50.
  51. 2 Linkers
  52. - kaite spam forever, keep links up on classes that need it, straightforward.
  53.
  54. whitesmith is completely worthless on woon-RO because you guys have FCP basically all the time, but if you really need repair weapon, drop a DD creator or something.
  55.
  56. Paladins should always be party leaders as they use party window the most.
  57.
  58. Remove DD creators if you want room for anything specific for your guild. I would say 4 minimum for DD, good usage of those slots would be more clowns or paladins.
