- -Disabled DynamicTick.
- -Couldn't find AMD Cool & Quite in bios to disable (not a thing in my cpu?).
- -Used MSI Utility v3 to check MSI settings. MSI seems to be enabled by default for my GPU. I did mess with the settings to try and fix this issue, which then led to blue-screens during windows startup. I wasn't even able to boot into windows recovery or do a fresh install, what finally fixed it was resetting CMOS, I then reinstalled windows anyway to be safe and continue testing the DPC problems on a fresh install.
- -Clean install of windows, with only LatencyMon, steam and arma 3 installed and not letting windows install GPU drivers. Beside obviously low frame rate and graphics, the audio/DPC Problem is NOT PRESENT before installing Arc drivers! After installing the Arc driver the problem instantly returned. Issue disappears again when Using DDU to uninstall GPU driver.
- -Ran MemTest86: 0 Errors.
- -Reinstall Arc GPU Drivers without Control Center After DDU.
- -Installed Windows 10, same exact issue happens when Arc drivers are installed. No issue when Arc drivers not installed.
