-Latest motherboard bios version flashed. (FB5) -Checked if all motherboard drivers where up to date. -Checked for windows updates. -Windows power plan to maximum performance. -Reinstall audio and GPU drivers with newest drives (uninstalled using DDU) -SFC /Scannow etc -Tried older gpu/audio drivers, I forgot which ones, but all where 32.x.xxx.xxxx versions. 28/06/2025 I will try older 31.x.xxx.xxxx versions as suggested by a Microsoft advisor. -Disable/uninstall all other audio drivers (monitor and AMD, realtek driver was kept). -Switched to Microsoft generic audio driver. -Disable Windows Game mode. -Set USB drivers to not allow computer to turn them off to save power. -Disabled High precision event timer. -Disable iGPU driver. -Disabled iGPU in BIOS. -Disabled network driver (Only one driver installed, no wifi) -Disabled all hidden USB drivers. -USB selective suspend disabled. -Set GPU to use PCIe 3.0 in BIOS. -Disabled Global C states in BIOS. -Disabled EXPO in BIOS. -Disabled PCIe Power Management Features in BIOS. -Link State Power Management is off by default in my windows. -Used PowerSettingsExplorer to set set idle demote/promote thresholds to 100%. (Solved ISR latency before clean windows install, did nothing for DPC). -Unparked all cores with UnpackCPU program (they seemed to already be unparked). -Disabled DynamicTick. -Couldn't find AMD Cool & Quite in bios to disable (not a thing in my cpu?). -Used MSI Utility v3 to check MSI settings. MSI seems to be enabled by default for my GPU. I did mess with the settings to try and fix this issue, which then led to blue-screens during windows startup. I wasn't even able to boot into windows recovery or do a fresh install, what finally fixed it was resetting CMOS, I then reinstalled windows anyway to be safe and continue testing the DPC problems on a fresh install. -Clean install of windows, with only LatencyMon, steam and arma 3 installed and not letting windows install GPU drivers. Beside obviously low frame rate and graphics, the audio/DPC Problem is NOT PRESENT before installing Arc drivers! After installing the Arc driver the problem instantly returned. Issue disappears again when Using DDU to uninstall GPU driver. -Ran MemTest86: 0 Errors. -Reinstall Arc GPU Drivers without Control Center After DDU. -Installed Windows 10, same exact issue happens when Arc drivers are installed. No issue when Arc drivers not installed.
