The purpose of the event is to create more amusing environment around the server. It's been a long time since the last event was organized. Probably a year ago.[/center]

[li][b]ECKO[/b] is a knock out stage event, where [b]two players[/b] will fight each other and the [b]first one[/b] to get [b]killed[/b] will be [b]knocked out of the event.[/b][/li]
[li]This event is based on [b]1 ROUND[/b] only. One round will include only [b]5 fights[/b], first one to win [b]3[/b][i](i.e kill a person 3 times first)[/i] will be declared as the winner.[/li]
[li]A single mistake can make you [b]suffer long![/b] So be carefull at the time of fight.  In just 1 round, you have to prove yourself.[/li]
[li]If you [b]die[/b], you will[b] lose[/b]. If you [b]kill[/b], you will [b]win[/b] and forwarded to next round.[/b][/u][/li]
[li]The winner of this event will be rewarded a [b]badge[/b] of the best [b]European City Fighter 2k17[/b] in [b]forums[/b] and [b]30 days of VIP package(FREE)[/b] with [b]1 million[/b] cash in server.[/li]

We have limited event paricipants. [b]32[/b] only. We might increase or decrease the limit after checking the situation. IF the number of applicants raises higher than [b]32[/b], players will be put on reserved and replaced by the one who gives up or doesn't play his round. Or IF the number of applicants raises upto [b]50/60[/b] players we will try to make it [b]64[/b] participates.[/left]

Event Rules:
If you got rejected once in staff/fighter applications you are not allowed to make another one.
Your ping must be below 300 otherwise 300 above ping users won't be able to play or participate in tournament.(But if the oponnent is agree with your ping you can play [b]during match[/b]).
The fps limit is 25to60 make sure you have average fps. Otherwise 25fps below users won't be able to participate.
Fighters will be given the freedom to choose the weapons of their own will EXCEPT SPAS-12 shotgun. ( grenades, chainsaws, flamethrower, RPG's, molotovs, katana and all melee weps and disallowed weapons ).

Game modifications, illegal methods to gain unfair advantages, hacking:
Any hacks, trainers, or modifications to your game that give you an unfair advantage over other players is not allowed.

During Play Obligations:
If you get kicked 3 times in a row for unstable/exceed FPS or ping , you will lose the match and the opponent will be forwarded in the next round.
If your ping spikes during match you have only 15 minutes to fix it otherwise opponent will be declared as the winner.
In case of mess between fighters, referees have been allowed to postpone the match or handover it to an admin.
If you find any participated player breaking rule of ECKO or any event referee misconducting a match, you can report here

Match Time/Delays:
If you do not complete your match within 3/4 days, your opponent will be given victory over you and forwarded to next stage.
For some reason, if you couldn't /can't make your match in 3/4 days, you ought to inform event staff immediately. If reason is acceptable, you will be given 24 hours extra to complete your round.
