In the near future, Bangladesh is terrorized by killer mutant chickens. A team of kung-fu fighting chefs must hunt the killer chickens in order to keep chicken on their menu.
Okay, How should I start? This is brilliant. The film seems to be set in a post-apocalyptic Bangladesh where people still enjoy the simple things in life; card games, Filmstar Rubel&#39;s awesome dancing and fighting, and most of all, they enjoy eating chicken.<br/><br/>Oh, and there are WILD CHICKENS who for some unspoken reason has gone carnivore. PEOPLE and CHICKENS FIGHT TO DEATH! this is awesome for so many reasons. the animation&#39;s good. Story and the voice acting&#39;s nice too. But what makes it awesome is the way things are shown to the audience. We get the mutant chicken&#39;s view, we get our hero&#39;s nonchalant attitude, and both of them are bad-asses. We get cool side heroes, and a whole armada of WE_GIVE_NO_FUX cooks! There&#39;s yet hope for creative animation in this country :)
This is amazing. Honestly, I didn&#39;t expect it to be this good. The characters were very suited to the situation and those who gave voice to the characters did a hell of a good job. But the screen transitions were almost always a little awkward. What I mean is, I wish going from one scene to another it was a little bit smoother. Then again, maybe this is just because it&#39;s a short film. But here&#39;s the catch, if you do not understand Bengali and you&#39;re hoping to watch it with the subtitles then you might be disappointed. Otherwise this is as funny as a good 15 minutes can get! Hats of to the people working under the hood and hope to see a sequel to this or maybe a full movie would be nice!
