  6. GENERAL
  7. ■ Added new multiplayer colors to pick from
  8. ■ Added Tier 4 prerequisites and increased Tier 3 requirements for some tech
  9. ■ Further specialization between each country has been done, see SPECIFICS below for more info
  10. ■ Soviets have been made available:-
  11. o Iraq uses nuclear based weapons and radiation to oppress their enemy
  12. o Russia employs advanced Tesla based weaponry
  13. ■ Yuri factions available after 2.1:-
  14. o Yuri as a whole have new genetic abominations and gravity based weapons available to all factions
  15. o Spectre focuses on stealth technology and suicidal fanatics to get the job done
  16. o Psi-Corps get access to exclusive mind control weapons very early on
  17. ■ New game mode option, Reduced Durability:-
  18. o Rise of the East doubles the HP of all things, this option reduces it down to normal RA2 levels
  19. o This mode will be default in campaign
  20. o Siege and aircraft damage is reduced by up to 40% in this mode
  21. ■ Updated a few sidebar images that did not match the depicted unit
  22. ■ All anti-air weapons have received a range boost
  23. o Infantry & vehicle default range is 10 -> 13
  24. o Defensive structures default range is 13 -> 16
  25. ■ Rocket infantry damage vs infantry and structures doubled
  26. ■ Added animated tracks and wheels to most vehicles (more art improvements to come)
  27. ■ Attack Dogs deal less damage against well armored infantry (20-40% less depending on armor)
  28. ■ Increased HP of all Base Defenses by 13%
  29. ■ All harvesters have been made crush resistant
  30. ■ Reduced aircraft damage vs vehicles depending on armor (from light to heavy):-

  108. small rad fields, infantry killed under this effect will explode and leave toxin clouds behind

  110. TESLA TROOPER
  111. ■ Reworked slightly and is available to Russia only:-
  112. o Carries Shock Grenades that short-circuit enemy vehicles, slowing them by 25% and disables their weapon systems for 2 seconds.
  113. o Shock Grenade range is 5.5
  114. o Range increased to 4.5 from 4

  117. ■ Exclusive Resource Structure for Russia
  118. ■ Provides all vehicles with auto repair
