•    1. What do you believe that you can contribute to the server?  I've had experiences with being a staff member and i can honestly tell the difference between a really good player and a cheater. I am also very pretty good at screensharing, I've been a manager of multiple networks and know where my place is, and if i was a manager i know how to handle staff/if i was lower than a certain staff's rank i saw them, abusing, or doing their job i know how to properly act.
•    2. Why should we pick you over others? I probably have way more experience over many other people. The only thing that would give another person an advantage over me (in my opinion) would be the fact that im new to factions.
•    3. Have you been staff(or owned/ran) and other servers in the past? (Do not include the IP) I have owned/managed 4 servers, i was owner of a pretty successful HCF server called CynicalHCF, on each map we had around 100-150 players, and kept around 30-60 players daily, i m I was manager of StormPvP, i was friends with the owner and he made me a manager not because of the fact i was his friend, but because he knew i had experience, the server didn't start yet. Last, but not least i was owner of a server called ConspiracyHCF, the server never got a chance to release because the main-owner quit before he gave his server a chance.
•    4. How active can you be daily and weekly? (Include a number of hours, approximately!)  I can be on for about 4-10 hours per day depending on the day, sometimes i have work sometimes i', free for the day.
•    5. Have you ever been banned or muted on any servers? If so, explain why. (Do not include the IP)  Obviously i've been banned on servers before/muted on servers before, everyone has (unless they are perfect which is kinda impossible in this world) i don't know the exact servers, but i do know im blacklisted from mineplex to this day.
•    6. If you were in a situation that you were not fit to handle, what would you do? I would either record it and send it to a higher staff later, or i would get a higher staff's opinon/get them to handle it asap

•    8. When did you join the server? I don't really know, i am new to the server though, i think a few months ago.

List 3 things you know about the server in detail: The staff are chill, i've talked to many of them personally and they don't like me based of off the old person i was, i have changed though, but yeah, It's a factions server (duh), and.......... i don't really know anything else, i know my friends play it but they have asked me to abuse on many other servers and i haven't abused on a server till this day.
