- Below you will find a recap of our kickoff call today:
- - You can send me any website requests you have at any time and I will get those implemented for you
- - Your maintenance hours refill monthly, and any unused hours rollover to the next month
- - Part of your monthly hours will be used for ongoing testing and monitoring of the site and I will provide monthly reports with this data
- - I will create a initial action plan to understand how your monthly hours will be used. This action plan is meant to be very flexible, as we know unexpected things come up and we want to be prepared for that.
- - Normal turnaround times for support tasks range from 3-7 business days
- - Any large projects that do not fit within your monthly hours will be quoted out as a separate change order
