im thinking of making a sorta serious roster
im offering small salaries for 3-4 months for like a super team to make contenders
do u want to do it under paragdim shift name and get more publicity
its more of a test to see what options open up when making contenders

LFM - PAID POSITION - CONTENDERS TRIALS

Looking for a full roster to make contenders in the couple of months, contenders trials should be easy achievable, but if due to unlucky circumstances isn't reach, a spot will likely be purchased
Position will be paid.
Keep in mind since there are salaries included, players will not be allowed to leave roster after payments are made (a contract will likely be drawn up for players)
I will be running trials for 1-2 months for players, so please be patient with your trials. Scrims will likely be 2-3 a week, and then ramping up closer to open div, participating in amateur tournaments throughout, if there are a lack of tournaments, I will likely fund one myself.
Being punctual and active is a must.

Now, onto the roles/requirements.

All players should meet the following requirements, with MS being able to ult track.
- Min 4K peak, preferred 4.2k-4.4k peak
- Current SR should not be lower then 3.7k
- Must be vocal, and able to shotcall
- Friendly and open to coaching
- Must be punctual/open to scriming min 2 times a week

Onto the benifits!
- Monthly payments, upfront if you are know in the community
- Players will receive 100 percent of prize pool money
- Possible paid trips to PAX/other events
- Free ubereats after some games/scrims POG

I will be trialing a lot of players, so feel free to DM, but due to high amount of applications I may recieve, please do not get pissed if your trial is 1-2 weeks from your message, we are having a 2 month trial period, and may consider a secondary team to also make contenders, which pay be paid as well.
