PokéPark Wii: Pikachu's Adventure --- True 100% FAQ

Q: What is True 100%?
A: True 100% is the same as 100%, however you are required to "best-friend" all of the Pokemon, including the password Pokemon.

Q: Is there a route?
A: I'm just going to be reusing my old/bad 100% route and doubling up on friending, which is not ideal nor optimal. You can find the route here: https://pastebin.com/LkVPfV2F

Q: What's WR/PB?
A: There have been no completed (or attempted, for that matter) runs of True 100%. I've always joked about it cause it's a huge meme, but here I am now. First completed run is WR.

Q: How long is the run?
A: The run is estimated to be about 8 - 8.5 hours long, which is potentially an hour longer than 100%. Current 100% WR is 7:24:54 by me.
