- Jack was tired of playing hopscotch over pits — especially pits filled with Sconge. He decided to try a new approach with his two grappling hooks. Shooting one hook out and then the other, he swung like Tarzan across the ceiling. Jack pretended that the pits were the jaws of crocodiles waiting to catch him if he made a slip.
