new low% explanation

The aim of "low%" is to beat the game with the least amount of items possible.

GlitchesAndStuff found a trick that makes it possible to shoot fire and light arrows as deku. Because of that, its possible to skip the Bow and the Quiver, however, it involves lots of changes throughout the route.
