Inspired by PTA's The Master (2012)*, presenting Dune - Part One & Part Two in IMAX Digital AR 1.90:1 for the entire runtime, with a Shot by Shot Recrop to create a faux IMAX viewing experience in lieu of IMAX AR Blu-rays. These Edits also work when viewed in 2.35:1 Crop, lending credence to the Edits' basis.
[*The Master (2012) is a precedent for Side-Cropping where Paul Thomas Anderson shot on 65mm film (native AR 2.20:1) and cropped the frame to achieve Flat AR 1.85:1]

TITANIC (150min Edit):
Presenting a Truncated Hybrid Aspect Ratio Edit of Titanic, re-framing the narrative as a Love Story on the Doomed Maiden Voyage of the Titular Ship, taking place from April 10 1912 to April 15 1912. The years-later search for The Heart of the Ocean, and the older Rose narrating her memories are excised, for a total 45min cut from the original runtime of 195min. Thus we follow the blossoming romance for the first 69min (presented in Scope 2.40:1) followed by the disaster and survival drama for 74min (presented in Open Matte 1.78:1) reverting to Scope for the final 7min End Credits.

Inspired by Ridley Scott's comment on how he thought Blade Runner 2049 was too long and he would've cut half an hour; this is my take on cutting 30min from the original runtime of 163min, by shortening scenes without losing much buffer, reworking some beats and some story changes in the form of scene removals/jumps. Also contains Exterior Scenes & Interior Scenes (Joi-Sync & Casino fistfight) in Expanded AR 1.78:1 totaling ~44min.
