45 GS, 3 Heart Containers and 22 Heart Pieces are obtainable.

Going to Gerudo's fortress as child is banned so Gerudo Card, Requiem, Nayru's Love, Silver Gauntlets and some GS's are not obtainable.
Even if it would be allowed, there's no way to enter the desert without using the gate skip which requires going out of bounds, and even if gate skip would be allowed, there's no way to get back since you have no other warp songs and save and quit is banned.

Bottom of the Well cannot be entered without Song of storms which you can only get as adult. So Lens of truth is not obtainable and therefore the Treasure Chest Minigame is luck based, with an average of 32 tries and 14 minutes spent.

All GS in Dodongo's Cavern can be obtained by using the Armos statue for the Scarecrow GS and going from the top for the staircase GS.

A little under 3 hours is possible with average luck for both Treasure Chest HP and Dampe HP.
