- STEEL CERBERUS
- Looks like a giant dog-shaped mech with three heads. There's a gunner console in each head. The central head is equipped with drill fangs that can bore through an enemy mech's armor so our melee fighters can board it. The other two heads just act as hands, grabbing things or doing unarmed attacks. The pilot's control room is just where the three necks connect with the chest.

- Assuming they do the work with only normal laborers, say 50 laborers, they can reasonably do the work for about 150GP in 17 days. Probably less since it looks like they're very automated, but either way that's still an investment they have to defray.
- So the mech costs them probably around 8500GP to make. Then you add the markup, since I expect they'll want to make a benefit.
- This leaves the problem of crew. A colossal II mech is the minimum size to fit us all, but the crew requirements mean we'll all need to be working as crew to make it work. The solution, of course, is tiny mecha-dogs running around the big mecha-dog.
- Mecha-Pomeranian (Tiny Animated Object)
- Base price : 2000GP
- Zom's Craft Construct feat : *0.5 = 1000GP
- Zom's Extraordinary Artisan feat : *0.75 = 750GP
- Galen's Eldritch Smith : *0.95 = 712.5GP
- So, using Galen's internal forge, Zom can make 4 mecha-pomeranian for 2850GP. This reduces crew requirements to 4, much more workable.
- And finally, the problem of coal. To stop the mech from becoming a money sink, we'll ask Aldior to craft a Chest of Preparedness for us. Assuming Zom assists him, and he doesn't charge us anything extra for it, just the construction costs, it will cost :
- Chest of preparedness
- Base price : 5000GP
- Aldior's Craft Wondrous : *0.5 = 2500GP
- Zom's Extraordinary Artisan feat : *0.75 = 1875GP
- Generating enough coal to operate the mech constantly will use up 2 of the Chest's 10 slots. The third slot can be used to generate food, the fourth for water. The other 6 slots are up for grabs. I'm thinking the following :
- Slot 1 & 2 : Lots of coal
- Slot 3 : Lots of food
- Slot 4 : Lots of water
- Slot 5 : 2 tanglefoot bags, so Zom can keep his Webber charged
- Slot 6 & 7 : Cauterizer fuel, so we can treat wounds inside the mech without running out of uses
- Slot 9 : A healer's kit, so we can treat other stuff like disease and poison without running out of uses
- Slot 10 : 100GP of spare parts, just in case we need to build a cheap temporary thing
- The Chest of Preparedness can generate all those things every day, but they only last 24H.
- So, we're up to a total of :
- Base mech : 8500GP + Markup
- Cyberdog workers : 2850GP
- Chest of preparedness : 1875GP, assuming Aldior doesn't mind selling it to us at the construction cost without any markup
- FINAL TOTAL : 13225GP + Mech's Markup
