Explosion

Oswald scratched his head between his floppy ears and looked at the remote control. "This will set off the fireworks in the Mad Doc's lab."
"Which are aimed directly at the Blot." Gus said. "That's great! We can... Ohhhhhh, I see."
"See what?" Mickey asked, his head whipping back and forth between them. "We explode the Blot!" Then he realized why his friends' expressions were so grim. "And risk exploding ourselves along with it."

"Then we're all agreed," Oswald said. "But let's do this together." He held out the remote. Mickey and Gus each placed a finger alongside Oswald's on the trigger button. [...] They pressed the trigger.
Fireworks rockets flew out of Dark Beauty Castle in a shower of colourful sparks. They zoomed straight into the Blot and exploded in a gorgeous pyrotechnic display. The blow blew apart completely!
The three toons went flying, as colourful, glittering lights trailed across the sky. Oswald and Gus spiraled downward as Mickey was propelled up...
