Emperor Frieza - Tyrannical Ruler Of The Universe

Trip = Frieza throws up dust into the eyes of anyone facing him, This stuns them very slightly and hinders their sight moderately for 1.5 seconds

Note:(This is an odd idea but i was thinking it would be funny if it caused them to blink to get the dust out of their eyes and therefore causing the screen to go black for like 0.7 seconds)

Uppercut = Frieza extends his arm and opens his hand towards a target, They are then sent into the air and explode to fall straight back down.

Note:(This could also erase bodies if it kills with a unique animation if you could grab one. Like the bloody smoke left over.)

Or

Uppercut = Frieza smacks a target with his tail causing them to flip around and be stunned.

Passive

Sadism
(Frieza does bonus damage when hitting a target with ANYTHING from behind)

Or

(Frieza does bonus damage when a target is low on stamina and is therefore "helpless")

Note:Under 15%?


Ultimate:Death Ball (Frieza charges a small ball at the tip of his finger that he then fires out, On contact with a wall or person this small ball expands in size and smashes through anything it comes into contact with, It also sucks in anyone too close to it and proceeds to explode within 3 seconds of making contact with something doing severe damage in a 4 tile radius)


1:Death Wave (Frieza throws a ki wave across the ground that slices anyone it gets hit by causing moderate bleed, Low damage and Low cooldown.)

Note:Also has priority over most projectiles probably since it slices.

Or

1:Tail Whip (Frieza whacks a target with his tail flipping them around and stunning them.)

2:Death Beam (Frieza points his finger out and fires a condensed beam aimed at his target's chest, If this is tapped it will be a fast finger beam with moderate damage moderate cooldown and slight stun (Possibly bleed). But if he holds it down it becomes (Full Power Death Beam) which does high damage moderate stun and high cooldown.)

3:Death Saucer (Frieza creates 2 disks made of ki that he controls with his hand movements, Each press of the arrow keys cause the disk to move in the direction he chooses and drains his stamina heavily. These disks are very hard to control but when the disk collides with an enemy it does moderate to severe damage depending on his aim, They can also hit himself if he aims them incorrectly.)

Note:Maybe bleed? This ones hard to balance while keeping it a legitimate ki saucer move. Not just a ki blast that inflicts bleed like most games.

4:Imprisonment Ball (Frieza teleports to an enemy within 5 tiles and traps them in a ball of ki that he then kicks causing them to bounce off any surface once before exploding. For low to high damage and a high cooldown)

5:Nova Strike (Frieza envelops himself with his ki and charges forward for 3.5 seconds, He cannot be hit or stunned during this but he can be knocked back. However he can control what direction he's going in (Could even make it so he can go up and down).

Q:Death Cannon (Frieza quickly puts his hand out and shoots a wave of ki into a targets face doing low damage and stunning them. If Q is pressed again within a short timeframe he will shoot another Death Cannon with his other hand. If Q is pressed again after that frieza will proceed to use both hands doing moderate damage and moderate knockback)

W:Last Emperor (Frieza can only use this skill while he is extremely low on health and it only lasts for 3 seconds, When this skill is active and frieza dies he will fall to the ground "dead". He will then after a short period of time get back up and fire a large beam of ki in the direction of the last person to hit him.)
