- cimetidine, dextromethorphan, and hydroxyzine/promethazine/diphenhydramine (choose one of the three)
- assuming you have an empty stomach, take 600 mg cimetidine (45 minutes before);30 mg dextromethorphan HBr (30 minutes before), and 50 - 75 mg hydroxyzine/25 - 50 mg promethazine/50 - 75 mg diphenhydramine (30 minutes before)
