- A couple nights ago, I’m getting ready for my shower before bed. Get undressed, take glasses off, you get it. I open the curtain to start the shower but see a little clump of hair on the bathtub floor. I have really long curly hair, so seeing a stray hair or two in the bathtub is a pretty common occurrence.
- I think nothing of it, so I reach to grab it.
- But then it moves. It was a silverfish.
- If you don’t know what those creepy fuckers are, be very happy. Those little bitches got legs everywhere and antennas or legs or something on their butts and heads and all weird middle legs.
- Upon freaking out and recoiling I try to wash it down the drain, but it climbed up the wall. I have brown stone on my shower wall, and still vision impaired, I had no idea where it went.
- Needless to say I skipped the shower and took one in the morning, waiting for Mr. Silverfish to exact his revenge. The whole time I was paranoid, thinking everything was that little shit climbing on me or something.
- It’s been a couple days since the incident but I still get the heebie jeebies thinking about the fact that I just grabbed that thing.
- I’m not sure how my eyes failed me and my brain thought that a silverfish looked like hair, but it did.
- TLDR: grabbed what i thought was a clump of hair, turns out it was a silverfish.
