Official Artbook Summary - Season 2 Chapter 1

It was several months after the battle with Sol. Reagan, together with the Sworn Six who lived on, visited their homeland Paladia, facing off the dictator Ardore Emperor. Emperor used his new subordinates “Orders” to confront them.

Meanwhile, Lasswell and friends arrived in Paladia to search for Rain. In their crisis, they are saved by a mysterious man called Axter, who pointed out Lasswell’s weakness. Coming by a rumor about someone that looked like Rain, they headed towards “Forced Labor Place”.

They met slaves who were treated harshly in the forced labor place, so they resolved to save them. However their plan failed and they got temporarily arrested instead. Fortunately, Nichol and Sakura who were acting separately saved them and they reunited. Then they again aimed to save the slaves. There they met Axter again who solved their crisis with his overwhelming power. Being forced to acknowledge the strength of Axter, Lasswell volunteered to be Axter’s disciple to become stronger.

Meanwhile, Reagan and friends who challenged Ardore Emperor were overwhelmingly defeated by the sheer strength of the Orders. While being confined, they held onto an opportunity and escaped. They also resolved to discard the armors of the Veritas. Then they aimed to destroy the barrier facilities that protect Ardore Emperor. While doing so, they were attacked by the Orders #8 “Mid”. She is Cid’s daughter who received body modification to become immortal. Mid lost the fight, rejected Cid’s offer and disappeared before them. Cid vowed to have his daughter return to him.

At the same time, Lasswell succeeded saving the slaves in the forced labor place and aimed for the next continent.
