Links were taken from each of their armor, bound to their forever screaming souls, and used to make this suit of chainmail, all in the hopes of turning these heathens' souls to some use to mankind. The wearer hears their cries of anguish at every moment, enough to drive most men mad. But in exchange for the toll on his sanity, the wearer of this nigh-impenetrable mystical armor has the strength, stamina, martial prowess, and fervor of 100 highly trained crusaders.

As it was fashioned by divine hands, it can not be cut with any earthly material, and seems to hold up to any amount of strain.
