+Comments: You can get icicle bombs at the cost of 3s, which obviously adds icicle RNG, or you can do the route as written without getting icicle bombs and just shoot fire arrows at the snowballs on the bridge, which adds no RNG. Either way you're looking at about 3s for getting first try icicle bombs (requires RNG) or 5s to shoot fire arrows (requires no RNG). Also, be careful of magic.
