 With Congress elections behind us and the Speaker of the House elections in full swing in the Congress forums, it is time to turn our attention to the upcoming Presidential elections. I was able to speak with both candidates and ask them a few questions. this is what they had to say;
 
-I'm Jude Conners and I am a "Freedom Fighter". In a world that is completely run by war, I have found my own niche' which has paid off quite well in only four short months. In that time, I have accumulated 33 Freedom Fighter medals and have participated in over 200 successful battles for independence from an oppressive regime. In that time, I have been able to find a like-minded group of friends in the Bear Cavalry military unit and have been awarded over 150 gold. It is a highly rewarding gameplay style and I am able to keep myself self-funded with food and Q7 weapons. But before you decide to be a freedom fighter, you should understand the basics of freedom fighting.

 [b]1. What do you feel is the biggest hurdle that eUSA has to overcome right now?[/b]
 [i]The disconnect between the people within our country is our biggest issue. Parties bicker, USAF and PMUs don't want to fight together, etc. We've made some progress more recently on some things, but they quickly devolve with a little prodding.[/i]

-The Freedom Fighter achievement is a medal awarded for helping the liberation of regions by fighting in Resistance Wars. It is a progressive achievement that awards 5 gold no matter what division you are a fighter of. The progression si as follows:

Something we can certainly do to help the situation is ensure that our community is welcoming and makes new players want to invite others to join. That comes from working together in the parties, in the military, etc.[/i]

+[i] I'm very excited about Pacifica. I think we're in a fantastic position to add more people to it and turn it into a strong coalition that will be the basis for new alliances moving forward. The age of the mega-alliance seems to be over, and we're just ahead of the curve on the way forward.[/i]

+[i]Molly has been sadly absent from the media on a lot of things, and I like to think I'll be more open about what's going on behind the Oval Office doors. I would have handled things differently with Sirius, been more willing to try and work out a middle ground, but I also don't think we are in a bad position now because of it. It was a poisonous relationship for the eUS and we are in very good position now to secure ourselves and assist our allies.[/i]

+[i]Not really. It would be nice, but we need to make a good nest for our newbies. The Interior and Education departments have improved this year to the point that I would say they are ready. Now we just need to heal the fractures in our society, so we stop calling other eAmericans enemies to the point that newbies don't know who to trust, and they wind up in the arms of Ajay. That is not as far away as you might think either. Then we would be ready for the baby boom.[/i]

 [i]It has to grow, or it has to end. A 2 nation alliance is not an alliance. It is a partnership. I value Russia as a long term partner and bro....but we are going to need a lot more than 1 country if we ever need the help of an alliance.[/i]

+[i]Well, off the top of my head, the poor planning of the Cuba NE is a black eye in my book. There was no need for it to be rushed, as we have had plenty of prep time for this tourney. I know that is the domain of one of her cabinet members, but the boss takes the blame for the employee's performance.[/i]
-I would love to tell you that you can jump right into freedom fighting and that is actually true, to a degree. But I want to tell you a few of the tips I have learned over the past few months to help you.

-First, try to use Q7 weapons as much as possible, if not more often. Q7s give you more bang to your buck since they can each be used ten times and give you 200 fire power. By contrast, a Q6 only gives you 120 fire power and can only be used six times. So spend a little more to get the best weapons in order to use that +80 firepower. It is worth the additional expense.
