  6. I'm Jude Conners and I am a "Freedom Fighter". In a world that is completely run by war, I have found my own niche' which has paid off quite well in only four short months. In that time, I have accumulated 33 Freedom Fighter medals and have participated in over 200 successful battles for independence from an oppressive regime. In that time, I have been able to find a like-minded group of friends in the Bear Cavalry military unit and have been awarded over 150 gold. It is a highly rewarding gameplay style and I am able to keep myself self-funded with food and Q7 weapons. But before you decide to be a freedom fighter, you should understand the basics of freedom fighting.

  9. [i]What is the Freedom Fighter Medal?[/i]
  10. The Freedom Fighter achievement is a medal awarded for helping the liberation of regions by fighting in Resistance Wars. It is a progressive achievement that awards 5 gold no matter what division you are a fighter of. The progression si as follows:

  12. - Fight in 3 successful Resistance Wars and defeat 25 opponents in each (1st medal)
  13. - Fight in 3 successful Resistance Wars and defeat 50 opponents in each (2nd medal)
  14. - Fight in 3 successful Resistance Wars and defeat 75 opponents in each (3rd medal)
  15. - Fight in 4 successful Resistance Wars and defeat 25 opponents in each (4th medal)
  16. - Fight in 4 successful Resistance Wars and defeat 50 opponents in each (5th medal)
  17. - Fight in 4 successful Resistance Wars and defeat 75 opponents in each
  18. - Fight in 5 successful Resistance Wars and defeat 25 opponents in each
  19. - Fight in 5 successful Resistance Wars and defeat 50 opponents in each
  20. - Fight in 5 successful Resistance Wars and defeat 75 opponents in each

  37. I would love to tell you that you can jump right into freedom fighting and that is actually true, to a degree. But I want to tell you a few of the tips I have learned over the past few months to help you.

  39. First, try to use Q7 weapons as much as possible, if not more often. Q7s give you more bang to your buck since they can each be used ten times and give you 200 fire power. By contrast, a Q6 only gives you 120 fire power and can only be used six times. So spend a little more to get the best weapons in order to use that +80 firepower. It is worth the additional expense.

  43. [i]Picking Battles[/i]
  44. Depending on your play style, there are a couple of different ways to choose which resistance war battles you will fight in to pursue the Freedom Fighter medal. If you are a complete roleplayer, you will probably choose only certain nations in which to fight for and will probably not care which side is "in the lead" for the battle. If this is your style, more power to you; but you are losing out on many battles that will help you achieve more medals and be rewarded with more gold. To each their own, however.

  46. But if you are more of a mechanist, you may like my approach. First of all, I will usually fight in any resistance war battle for any nation. I simply click the WARS tab on the top of the screen and look for resistance wars there. If there are some in the nation I am currently win, I can save moving costs and fight in them. This happens a lot in the empires of Chile, Argentina, and Serbia.

  50. Usually I have to look under "All Campaigns" to find the most/best resistance war battles. I look for the ones with the best chances of being won. In the illustration above, I obviously chose to fight for Montenegro v Croatia but fighting for Slovenia v Italy is another good option. The worst option is Georgia v Bulgaria, as Georgia has little to no chance of winning that battle.

  52. [i]Checking Your Progress[/i]
  53. After each successful resistance war battle you have participated in, you will receive a notification alert. You can also follow your progress from your profile page by hovering your mouse over the Freedom Fighter medal. After you have fulfilled each requirement, you will receive the achievement and five gold.

  65. The fifteenth of every month brings quite a bit of activity and excitement to the eUSA and the last one was no different. Party President elections always bring out the best in Americans and the worst in domestic terrorists like Ajay Gipper Hut. June 15th, just like May 15th, Ajay was up to his old tricks!

  67. The excitement started when America's longest-lasting domestic terrorist used his "Lauren" account to run for USWP party president again. He had done the same the month before, an action that resulted in a ban of his "Lauren" account because he had changed the avatar and name to match that of longtime USWP dictator, Pfeiffer. To show that stupidity knows no limits, the "Lauren" account name was changed yet again this time and the true PTO attempt was noted.

  69. Immediately, the shouts went up and out. Parties were massaging their people to alert them of the situation. The PTO was successfully defeated [i]long[/i] before the account was banned, yet again. This is because we may fight amongst ourselves, but when threatened by an enemy, whether foreign or domestic, Americans rally behind the common cause. Throughout the history of the eUSA, this has always been the same and the eUSA administrative government wants to thank you for once again answering a call to defend America!

  76. [b]PTOs: What's the big deal anyway?[/b]

  78. A PTO is a political takeover. It is most common during the party president elections because of one power granted to party presidents of the Top Five parties - Setting people for Congress.

  80. When a PTO of a Top Five party is successful, it causes all sorts of havoc and problems. The new party president starts by stacking the list of Congress candidates for that party with a bunch of indesirables, most of which are usually sleeper agents from other (enemy) nations. This is important because if any of those candidates get into Congress, they will have the ability to approve the citizenship requests of even more undesirables. Needless to say, this is a very bad thing. Luckily, this hasn't happened for quite awhile, but it HAS happened before.

  82. This is why ATO efforts like the most recent one are so important. If Ajay Gipper Hut's "Lauren" account or any other PTOer for that matter, would win the party presidency of a top five party, we would need to open ATO Operations ten days later to defend the country from having any enemies of our nation from becoming Congress members and bringing in even more PTOers and taking over the nation as a whole.
