At the point I'm writing this, Dec24th@2am, I finished my NINTH consecutive day of work in a row earlier at about 11pm. New personal best...previous was 6 days I think. I'm certainly not trying to "impress" anyone with this -- a friend of mine often worked months straight with no days off: manual labor / landscaping -- especially because my job (food delivery driver) isn't hard, I'm overpaid, I genuinely like it, and most of these days I only worked a 4 hour shift, although the last two days I was there about 11 hours each, covering for people spur of the moment. I just sorta wanted to throw that out there as a reason I've not been streaming. And while I may enjoy working to an extent, or at least not mind it, there's still two main ways to spend your time in life I feel like: being at work and not being at work. ><

To be honest I'm at a weird halt with streaming. The last week or so, all I wanted to do was take a big chunk of time like 24 hours to grind 120%. I couldn't do so with work. But now that I have tomorrow and the next day off (24th, 25th), finally some free time to spend however I please with at least the /possibility/ of no interruptions...I just don't feel like it.

I'm not sure that I want to stay on board with 120%. I want a cleaner run, but I don't know if the motivation to work toward it right now is there. I am constantly revolving how I feel with 120% between doing a stream ~right now~, continuing to take a break for up to a few more weeks, and just stopping completely

I've been watching a lot of Mario runs more than anything lately. A bit random, but I thought I'd mention. I like the top dogs, Bounceyboy, nindiddeh, cheese, puncay ... They've held my viewing priority for the last month. I like the big, often "out of control" chats. I like not being particularly well known because it's a Mario stream, and I'm a PS1 dude. I like chiming in with the occasional dumb comment, or the rare clever one. I don't know. It's fun for me lately to play the part of just an ordinary viewer in a big chat trying to be a shitty comedian like the bulk of everyone else. PS1 streams like Crash and Spyro I am well known and that sometimes isn't what I want out of being on the internet, to be constantly recognized and held to a certain way to behave (or so I self impose).

Merry Christmas / happy holiday of your choosing. Whatever you're celebrating, even if it's merely the New Year coming up, I find this time of year to be a very pleasant one. December rules.

I still don't know what lies ahead. Maybe that's the way it's supposed to be? There's a feeling in my gut telling me I'll be back to sorts after AGDQ. More streams, more motivation for new PBs, more everything. We'll see. But until then, I think it'll continue to be a bit of a drought as far as my channel goes. Thanks for your understanding.

For today's stream, and possibly the next few scattered streams up ahead, I'll probably no mic. I want to webcam, I want to mic, I want to do so much. But I find myself in not quite the place. I'll give it time.
