Judgement

Mik wins.  Wap did a good job making the arguments he made, but I think he ended up getting caught on certain arguments that didn't really matter, and didn't pay attention to Mik's core win cons. For example while I do agree with him on the running speed argument and that Cap can't leverage biology as well against Mannequin, the running speed argument wasn't significant to Mik's win and the biology argument was part of a larger point that Cap was just very tactically competent.  As presented I think Cap is more durable, hits sufficiently hard to hurt Mannequin with or without his shield, and Mannequin's shotgun won't come up often enough to give him the edge.
