Hey Riot.

I am very happy to be playing League of Legends. I spend my money on it, buy a few skins from time to time, play with my friends at Uni etc.

However I’ve not played for the past few days and when I logged in I noticed a Ranked ban Restrict, Chat restrict (35 games & 75 games).

I have spoken to my friends and they’re telling me to contact you guys to help me fix this problem. It’s obviously a mistake. I have been a bad player before, but that’s all in the past. I really hope that you can lift this ban because I’ve spent a lot of time and money for my Account.
