  15. First you need to travel at lightspeed. If you do this for 30 minutes to one hour you can travel 60-120 minutes into the future, but not the past. To travel at the speed light you would have to attach to a photon or stay on one somehow. If a typical photon is 500 nanometers (according to one of the links below) you could use thousands or millions of photons together to travel at light speed. You would also likely have to either be standing on them or holding them. You would probably have to use solid light, which is a hypothetical material (link below). There may be ways to freeze light (also theoretical) which would have to be done.
