[02:50] <flibbyjibbits> The meal hall is quite large, with four tables laid out- one perpendicular to the other three. The three are for the teams and any other guests of honor, and the fourth is for the court and royalty

[02:59] <CommodoreJim> Alright then, cool. I have my helmet. I just look like a kinda big person. And as stated before, I have a HUGE AS HELL AXE over my shoulder as I stand at attention
[02:59] <flibbyjibbits> You notice that most of the people in the room are just talking and eating, theres some workers going around, replacing dishes and filling plates, the king seems to be getting ready to make a speach. Also, Gil is incredibly tense looking, staring straight at the royal table
[02:59] <Skeleton> You used a telescope to survey a room?
[02:59] <Moonside> Hmm.
[03:00] <Moonside> What about the food?
[03:00] <flibbyjibbits> The air is all shimmery around the Illusionist, who I am reffered to as such for now because I neglected to give him a proper name
[03:00] <flibbyjibbits> The food is fancy as all hell
[03:00] <Skeleton> (Man I'm hungry. All I've had all day was tea, bread, milk and nuts)
[03:00] <flibbyjibbits> you think one of the dishes might be legitimate dragon meat
[03:00] <Moonside> I dig right in then, never having seen such fancy food in my entire life.
[03:00] <Deathfish64> I grab some random foodstuffs and eat
[03:00] <Skeleton> FOOD.
[03:01] <Moonside> "Mmmm... I wish Elly was here..."
[03:01] <flibbyjibbits> One of the workers leans in, "You know, most of the ceremony plates are made of Ashra's scales, they're still intact all these years. Easy as hell to clean, too."
[03:01] <Moonside> "Oh, really? That's... amazing." Can I do an Appraise check on the plates?
[03:02] <Deathfish64> Pikkupstix moves some food aside and begins to intently study his plate
[03:03] <Skeleton> "Bet they don't scratch or break either eh"
[03:03] <flibbyjibbits> appraise 18 : He is either lying or misinformed.  They do seem to be some combination of silver and some other metal, though
[03:04] <Moonside> "..." I'm a little disappointed, but don't tell this to the stick guy because it's quite amusing seeing him study it like that.
[03:04] <CommodoreJim> In truth probably only the royal table gets the scaleplates :Y
[03:04] <flibbyjibbits> with a straight up int roll he is pretty sure that theyre made of metal

[03:05] <Moonside> What color are they?

[03:05] <CommodoreJim> While the guests get replicas. That's just what I'm assuming.

[03:05] <Deathfish64> Pretty sure I'm smart enough to know that at least not all dragons have metal scales

[03:06] <Moonside> I finish eating my food. It was delicious.

[03:09] <flibbyjibbits> The current king is 18, his dad died a few years ago of a strange curse. This one has not chosen a queen yet but hes got a few ladies about while he waits to decide

[03:10] <flibbyjibbits> Where the queen would typically sit, the Illusionist has slid his chair over. He appears to be quite old, though you can't guess a number
