Anime ranking

Heero_fred's summer anime ranking:

6 - Persona 4 The Golden Animation
Really fun anime liked Marie and the team shennigans, but it felt lacking at some points, in any other season it probably would have been higher.

5 - Sailor Moon Crystal
Amazing art style and good pacing, there is nothing I don't like about this anime, it's just that there were better anime series (PS: Sailor Jupiter is <3)

4 - Sword Art Online II
It took forever to pick up, but when it did it was really good, would have ranked higher but it's suffering from the same thing the first season did, Kirito is a bland character for this series, probably would be a great lead in other anime series, but here, most characters are WAY better than him making his flaws MORE obvious, and while I like Shinon, Sachi is still the best SAO character.

3 - Sengoku BASARA Judge End
AMAZING and STYLISH portrayal of the Sengoku BASARA plot and characters, badass momments, funny momments with the most badass cast of characters to ever exist, seriously, Sengoku BASARA needs way more love than it gets, LET'S ENDLESS PARTY

2 - Tokyo Ghoul
Really good series, but just like SAO, it gets dragged down by it's lead, who only got interesting during the LAST HALF OF THE LAST EPISODE, looking forward to season 2 with that cliffhanger

1 - Aldnoah.Zero
Simply the best, amazing characters, cool mecha, amazing plot, DAT ENDING, DAT SOUNDTRACK!!!!, DAT GEN UROBUTCHER!!!!!!!*ahem* it's probably the best mecha anime I've seen since Martian Successor Nadesico, can't wait for the second season
