Banned stuff:
No OoB (including casino skip)
No clips with held items (i.e. fruit or springs)
No double rocket jump/rocket storage
No mole skip on Pinna 2 because it requires clipping through the mole
No Yoshi skip
No travel skip
No glitched wallkick
No backwards throwing with chucksters

Misc rules:
Eel cutscene skip is allowed because though it's unintended it's not a glitch, and it's can be done unintentionally, even casually
Damage boosting on Pianta 3 is allowed because invincibility after getting hit is an intended mechanic
You can skip Bianco 1 because it's intended to be allowed
You may pause to spawn the shine faster on Pianta 1
Y-turning is allowed
You may grab extra rockets on mecha bowser
Spam sprays are allowed because it's in the official strategy guide
